توضح هذه السياسة كيف تقوم مؤسسة سيوف ويب للأمن السيبراني، مالكة تطبيق Teach Hub ("التطبيق"، "نحن")، بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها ومشاركتها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال و/أو البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة)، والصورة الشخصية إن أضفتها.
- بيانات الاستخدام التعليمي: الحجوزات والدروس التي تحضرها، نتائج الاختبارات والتحديات، النقاط والتقدّم.
- بيانات الدفع: عند حجز درس مباشر مع معلم تتم معالجة الدفع عبر مزوّد دفع معتمد، ولا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وإدارته وتقديم المحتوى التعليمي.
- عرض نتائجك وتقدّمك وترتيبك في التحديات.
- إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالدروس والحساب.
- الدعم الفني وتحسين التطبيق ومنع الاحتيال.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف.
3. مشاركة البيانات
نشارك البيانات فقط مع معلم الأكاديمية الذي تحجز معه (الاسم وتفاصيل الحجز فقط)، ومع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق (مثل الاستضافة، الإشعارات، تحليل الأعطال، ومعالجة المدفوعات)، وبالقدر اللازم فقط، أو إذا طلبت ذلك جهة نظامية مختصة. قد يظهر اسمك ونقاطك للمستخدمين الآخرين في قوائم التحديات.
4. حماية البيانات
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُخزّن كلمات المرور بشكل مشفّر، ونطبّق إجراءات مناسبة لمنع الوصول غير المصرّح به.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، وسيتم الحذف خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به نظاماً.
6. حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها، وإيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
إذا كان المستخدم دون 13 عاماً، فيجب أن يتم التسجيل والاستخدام بموافقة وإشراف ولي الأمر. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال دون موافقة ولي الأمر، وإذا علمنا بذلك نحذفها.
8. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيتم تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه وإشعارك بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

This policy explains how Suyoof Web Cybersecurity Establishment, owner of the Teach Hub app ("the App", "we"), collects, uses, protects and shares your data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number and/or email, password (encrypted), and profile photo if provided.
- Learning activity: bookings and lessons attended, quiz and challenge results, points and progress.
- Payment data: payments for booking live lessons with teachers are processed by an approved payment provider; we do not store card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account and deliver educational content.
- To show your results, progress and challenge rankings.
- To send notifications about lessons and your account.
- For support, app improvement and fraud prevention.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with the academy tutor you book with (name and booking details only), and with service providers that help us run the App (hosting, notifications, crash analytics, payment processing), limited to what is necessary, or when required by law. Your name and points may be visible to other users in challenge leaderboards.
4. Data Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and we apply reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the App or by emailing us below. Deletion is completed within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and disable notifications from your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Users under 13 must register and use the App with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent, and will delete it if we learn of it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change, and we will notify you of material changes.
